At OPENPINOY, we have a comprehensive, stress-testing process to ensure proper functionality, integrity and durability of each system
we sell. On arrival, all our inbound computer systems are meticulously audited for their functional status, cosmetic condition and
specifications by our highly qualified, experienced technicians. These systems are then thoroughly cleaned before being sent to our CPU
Bench area, after which each computer is upgraded and carefully customized according to the customer's individual preferences.
Each system then gets a fully-licensed version of Windows 10/11 PRO/Home, 64-bit installed, in accordance with Microsoft Authorized
Refurbisher policies, with an official 'Windows 10/11 - Refurbished Certificate of Authenticity' sticker applied to each computer and
laptop. All our products are then hand-detailed and expertly packaged in our eco-friendly packaging before leaving the facility and
reaching the consumer.
STEP 1
Inspecting the computer for any physical or cosmetic issues. Disassembly and Deep cleaning computers with high pressure air is a time-tested, cost-effective way to maintain peak efficiency and performance. Cleaning your computer with compressed air can help you rid it of dust, dirt, and other debris that accumulates over time and can eventually lead to decreased performance if not addressed.
STEP 2
Assembly, assembled in-house by our expert technicians in a static free environment, ensuring to build quality as good as the original OEM build. Then, testing the hardware components to ensure they are in working order - Addressing any issues or worn components. For example, Overheating Issue Solutions, adding cooling components such as better fans, liquid cooling systems, heat sinks, and thermal paste etc.
STEP 3
Cleaning formatting/erasing software. Hard drive diagnostics and erasing services are essential for anytime you're considering replacing, refurbishing, or disposing of an old computer. Diagnostics are used to check the health of the hard drive to determine if it is running optimally, while erase services completely wipe clean the data stored on the disk. This prevents anyone from accessing or recovering any information that was previously stored.
STEP 4
Installing a new operating system and other software applications - Upgrading hardware or software as necessary.
STEP 5
Running diagnostic tests, stress-test to ensure that the computer is working properly.
STEP 6
Completion and Professional Packaging: Box, Cushion, Specification Sticker, Authentic COA and MAR Sticker, Keyboard, Mouse, Power cord.
